Meet our Founder
— Felicity McNichol
Felicity founded The Hub after spending nearly a decade working as a Buyer for brands including John Lewis, BBC Worldwide, Laura Ashley and Austin Reed.
She brought that industry insight and the retail “language” into recruitment, creating the agency she would have wanted to work with herself: knowledgeable, caring and genuinely invested in doing things properly.

As the Hub’s Chief Tail-Wagger, Tom specialises in morale-boosting, biscuit quality control and reminding Felicity that workdays are better with muddy paws and big smiles. He takes his role very seriously, especially when it involves snacks.
