Our Client:
We have partnered exclusively with an exciting new Homewares B2B company based in central London. As the Head of Sales at you will be commercially driven and brand focused to drive the wholesale channel. You will focus on profitable growth and drive brand reach.
You will travel throughout the UK and work with the Founder to devise and deliver a growth strategy that encompasses key accounts and independent retailers.
Role:
A strong understanding of the wholesale landscape and creating partnerships
Create the strategy and drive approach and execution
Create budgets in line with growth objectives
Good account management and relationship building
Meetings with new and existing accounts to present Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter ranges
Drive new business development
Work to satisfy customer’s needs and requests, deliver an excellent customer experience
Management around sales targets and performance
Organisation and management of trade showroom
Represent the business at seasonal trade shows to showcase and sell the new collection to customers
Identify and develop new sales opportunities for the brand
Act at the main point of contact and handle customer’s individual needs, resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Complete reporting and targets, objectives and KPI’s
Working with the product team to launch seasonal ranges
Manage overall channel profitability, costs as well as sales
Ideal Candidate:
Ideally have extensive contacts across the homewares wholesale customers
Passionate about home and lifestyle with a strong creative eye
Experience of managing all types of accounts including large multi key accounts
Excellent relationship and developing partnership skills
Preferably have experience in the homewares sector
Commercial and an excellent negotiator
Highly driven and results focused
Computer literate and good experience of MS office
Ability to prioritise and to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
