The Role: Our client is a B2B & B2C Lifestyle brand based in the Cotswolds. Due to continued growth they are now seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist who lives and breathes storytelling. You’ll be the voice and visual heartbeat of the brand across all social channels and blog — growing our clients community, deepening engagement and building genuine relationships with customers, creators and collaborators.
You’ll own the brands day-to-day social content, bring the strategy to life with scroll-stopping posts and reels, and foster partnerships with influential creators who share our aesthetic and ethos. You’re as comfortable behind a camera as you are writing a caption or blog post — and you know how to use AI and automation to work smarter, without ever losing the human touch.
Alongside this, you’ll also dedicate one day per week to supporting the wider creative team — assisting with studio shoots, email and content planning sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Grow the brands organic social presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest
Engage authentically with the brands social audience—responding, sparking conversations and building loyalty
Monitor and interact with value-aligned accounts, creators and customers to deepen relationships
Identify recurring themes from community conversations and turn them into blogs and stories
Own the brands social content calendar and execute our strategy day-to-day with creativity and consistency
Create thumb-stopping organic content: reels, carousels, stories and posts that tell our story beautifully and encourage engagement
Own the social video and photography content timeline, from in-house content opportunities that you will need to create yourself, to briefing UCG, influencers or in collaboration with partners
Create compelling copy for social and the blog that feels warm, knowledgeable, and unmistakably us
Build and maintain relationships with content creators, designers, and influencers for UGC, collaborations and co-created content
Source and curate user-generated content that showcases our products in real homes and gardens
Coordinate collaborative posts, features, and campaigns that amplify reach and engagement
Contribute creative ideas and content to the brands email marketing
Support blog content creation
Execute website landing pages to tell product stories
Drive organic reach and engagement through creative, data-informed content
Use AI tools and automation to streamline workflows, plan content, and optimize performance—without sacrificing quality or authenticity
Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging content formats
Collaborate with the wider team to align content with campaigns, product launches, and seasonal peaks
About You:
A natural storyteller with a sharp eye for visual content and a way with words
Video and photography skills—you're confident shooting, editing, and producing content on a phone or camera
Social media expertise: deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms
Community-first mindset: you know how to build relationships, not just followers
Creative flair with a love for beautiful, considered design
Experience collaborating with influencers, creators, or trade partners to produce authentic content
Comfortable with AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, scheduling platforms) to work efficiently and creatively
Self-starter energy: you can own a content calendar, meet deadlines, and work independently
Brand-savvy: you understand tone of voice and can adapt your style to match ours—premium, warm, and grounded
Desirable:
Experience in lifestyle, interiors, or design brands
Experience with adobe creative suit
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo is a bonus)
Knowledge of SEO
2–3 years’ experience in content creation, brand marketing, or social media (agency or in-house) for a luxury brand.
An interest in design, interiors or outdoor living.
