Our Client:

We are recruiting exclusively on behalf of a London based brand who represent exceptional design within the Homewares industry. They are renowned for producing high quality and innovative products with a global reach in the luxury market. Our client is seeking a Product Quality Engineer who has experience across QC, testing, product compliance, supplier quality, packaging quality and development. This is a hybrid role.

Role:

• Provide quality and compliance approval

• Undertake structured sample reviews

• Define product quality

• Define internal and third-party testing

• Create and maintain product technical files

• Read drawings, specifications and CAD files

• Work with suppliers and Product Developers

• Damage data, testing and supplier expertise

• Support Sourcing with the technical, quality, fit for purpose and compliance evaluation of suppliers

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in product quality, product technology or quality engineering

• Hands on experience of sample assessment, testing, production QC and product issues

• Experience resolving technical issues directly with suppliers and factories

• Experience in either homewares, furniture or kitchenware

• Packaging development

• Able to view 2D and 3D CAD files
